I have a little over 17 pounds to get to my first goal. My first goal is 160 pounds. I am 5'2.5" tall and had my goal set at 145 pounds. I will see how I look and feel once I get to 160 pounds, but so far, I am feeling pretty darned good, and don't look half bad either (for a 50 year old )

Well, let's put it this way...you don't look anywhere near 50! Truth.
