ONEderland at last!
I'm on business in Florida (I live in New York State) and stepped on the scale this morning where I'm staying. 198! My scale at home is a Dr. Scale and has been calibrated, but I wanted to try another one somewhere else just to make sure. I took a really long walk on the beach yesterday morning and reflected on all of the positive things (even not so positive) I've experienced since July 23; the frustrating parts, issues I have with adjusting to my new body, amazing support from my family and friends, and all of the great folks here on OH. I don't know if I could have gotten this far without checking in a few times a week to see if what I'm going through is what everyone else experiences. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart
