There is a Costco about 30 miles from me and it opens Wednesday, YAY! I remember someone mentioned they get a RTD protein shake from there. What is it called? Is it good and what flavors does it come in? I love a shake in the mornings and would love to be able to just grab and go as opposed to making one every day.

Are there others that you can recommend? I tried the GNC Lean Strawberry but it was really sweet and I think the calories were 170 per serving. I am looking for about 135 calories and 23+ protein in a RTD.

Also does Costco sell chocolate or caramel flavored calcium citrate chews? I take gynormous cherry flavored calcium pills. They taste OK but want a change.

Probably Premier Protein? I think it comes in chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. Most people seem to go for the chocolate.

Costco does sell calcium chews (chocolate I think) but I am pretty sure they are calcium carbonate rather than calcium citrate. Calcium citrate is what my RD told me to get.

My Costco sells Premier Protein RTD - 160 calories and 30 grams of protein.  They also sell muscle milk light RTD - 140 calories and 20 grams of protein.  I like the taste just fine, but everyone is different :)

There are two different ones from Costco that I buy. Premier Protein- the ones with the 30 grams of protein. They also sell a 100 calorie snack size with I think 17 grams of protein that is good too. The other brand is EAS CarbAdvantage- 100 calories and I like the chocolate flavor. The Sams club here or Costco, I can't remember which now sells the strawberry flavor of premier protein as well. Finally, there is a soy based powder option that I used for a while there, but I cannot recall the name and it wasn't as good, aside from having a good nutrition profile. Be careful- the protein supplements there are not created equally- be sure to confirm the protein source and get the ones with the added vitamins and minerals.

Thanks so much. It was the Premier I think. Can't wait to try it!
