1 YEAR AGO TODAY

1 Year ago today I had my sleeve surgery.  It was the best decision I've ever made for my health--diabetes in remission; no longer have high blood pressure--off all medications and down 119 lbs.   I was hoping to hit my goal by today but i've been in a 3 week stall so I'm 3 lbs short of my goal but I'm thrilled with the results.   Even if I don't go any lower--I'm happy with my size 12 self.  Sorry for no pictures--I'm not very techy (need to work on that).  Best of luck on your journey to those just starting out and continued success to the rest of us!!  Lisa

Congratulations Lisa! I'm a newbie and will be having surgery Dec. 4th. I'm inspired when I read how people say having the surgery was the best decision they made. Thank you for sharing.

Congratulations on that amazing weight loss!  I'm a year out as well and like you I feel my sleeve was the best decision I could have made for myself.

I have a few more lbs to lose as well, but I am confident that you and I will meet our goals and stay healthy.
