No more chewables! Tell me about your vitamins?
I've gotten the go ahead from my surgeon that I do not have to use chewable or liquid vitamins anymore and I'm anxious to move on. I have about a month's worth left of my chewable so I have time to research and comparison shop.
I'm really interested in hearing from those of you who've had labs done already (I have not) and have good numbers.
What do you take? Would you be so kind to tell me the brand and where you get them? If you have a link to it that would be amazing!
Thanks!
I take Nature Made Multi vitamins(they do not make me queasy), sublingual B12(whatever brand is on sale), Walmart brand calcium citrate, Walmart brand slow release iron.
I take the multi and the calcium every day. I take the B12 three times a week(numbers were too high when I took it daily) and the iron three times a week(numbers were only slightly low so no need for daily)
Here are the vitamins I take:
#1 Calcium
#2 Multi, Calcium 500mg, Vitamin D 5000IU, Vitamin K 500mcg alternated with Vitamin K Complex 2200mcg, Probiotic
#3 Multi, Calcium
#4 Iron 50mg, Vitamin C 500mg

I take a Centrum Women's "petite" 2x day also fishoil "pearls" as they are smaller than the giant capsules. Time release calcium is a horse pill but I can't seem to remember to take my "chews" several times per day so it's better than forgetting. I also tak an iron pill around mid day, and some smaller supplements, biotin, D3, B12, probiotic, omeprazole.
