I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving!!!
Hey all I know I've been kind of MIA I've tried to pop in from time to time ... but this is my crazy time of the season I work 13 to 14 hour shifts a day and also a lot of family stuff and the biggest is moving this weekend so lots of packing! !! So super stressed! !!
Ok so a little up date, I hit goal in October ... yea I got to 145 ... started maintenance and so far so good .. I'm now at 138 ! I still won't eat and pasta bread or rice I'm afraid of it lol I'm sure I'll work it in soon... I went from a size 18 plus to a size 3/4 I actually have 1 pair of dress pants and a 1 pair of jeans that are a size 0 lol I think they are miss marked ... I feel so great I truly do this journey has help me is so may way .. but the thing I think I love the beat is seeing what it has done for may family ... my hubby has been watching what he eats and has lost 40 lbs and is no longer on his diabetic meds his blood sugars are under control ... my 14 year old daughter went from 185 lbs to 163 .. and all from just not eating crap and exercising with me ... this has done so much for us as a family it's wonderful... The only thing i totaly hate is the COLD omg i freeze 24/7 lol I feel like I'm wrapped in my electric blanket every moment I can... I'm thinking of thinking it to work lol! !! I have so much this year to be thankful for my 3 beautiful girls and my hubby and my job and our new place and the new and improved me!!!! I miss you all !!! I think of u all and hope you are doing well ... anyone interested in being face book friends message me !!! We can swap names !!!

I'm doing pretty good on the diet. It hasn't been that bad. At thanksgiving I realized that I won't be able to enjoy the feast, but I know next year I'll be able to enjoy turkey and vegetables.
