ONEDERLAND!
The scale this morning said 199.6! I am beyond excited. I haven't seen a one in front of the numbers on the scale since the year 2000. For fourteen years I had been climbing steadily toward 300 lbs., topping out at 287 but hovering around 273 for most of that time. I was about 130 lbs in college and remember hitting 150 and thinking how horrible it was to feel "fat." But then again I thought I was fat at 130 lbs too. Age and experience certainly do bring perspective. I'll be thrilled if I get to 150 ever again.
When I think of all the wasted years during that time it makes me so sad to imagine all the things I missed, but it also makes me incredibly proud and grateful that I made the decision to get VSG and that a tool such as this is even available.
If anyone out there is on the fence about having this, or any, WLS, I can't tell you how much it has improved my life!
Congratulations!!! You're doing great!!!

congratulations on this very significant milestone in your journey! If you want to be 150, you will be. You can make it happen. I hope you are celebrating this wonderful scale victory and rejoicing in your accomplishment. It takes a lot of work to lose 73 (or 87) pounds. That's not just the sleeve working. That's your dedication at work!
Congrats!!
