I am just pondering how much my life has improved since surgery, and taking a moment to reflect and express gratitude. Add to the list if it feels right.

1. I move so much better.

2. Decreased my future cancer risk substanitally.

3. Clothes and shopping for clothes and wearing the clothes...

4. My labs are better.

5. Lost the diabetic label.

6. Hubby lost 100 pounds with me and the process brought us even closer together.

7. Better example for my kids.

8. More confident, particularly with public speaking.

9. My favorite- just far more active in general and feeling great!

Agreed! So thankful I had the surgery. Today I felt great physically and had no after-gorge guilt!
