Everyone recommends lip balm, since your lips can dry out.  I just wore loose, comfy clothes to the hospital and wore the same clothes home.  I took my kindle, charging cables, and my phone.  I didn't use my kindle at all, but I used my phone a lot and was glad to have the charging cable.

Remember to walk and sip as much as possible once you're into your hospital room.

Chapstick was the best thing that I took. I didn't take much: I wore the same clothes to and from the hospital. While the hospital would provide toothbrush and paste, I did take my own. I also took my kindle. Since I ended up staying for almost a week I was thankful to have it although I understand several people never even use theirs.

I wish you a speedy recovery!

I had a comfy robe. It was way better than the hospital gown they give you because you have to do ALOT of walking!!  Good Luck tomorrow!!!

Congratulations!

My doctor suggested loose pajama bottoms for walking around at the hospital.  I was really glad to have them.

Good luck!
