I went on a business trip this past week. First time I've been on a plane in 6 months. Wow!  I could buckle up with seatbelt to spare AND cross my legs in the seat!  And you should've seen the TSA agent at the airport. He was looking at me very carefully and said "Paula you look very different."  I was almost concerned he didn't believe it was me. Guess it's time for a new drivers license. 😄

Congratulations!  This is one of the things I want to do the most - get on a plane and not have to wedge myself into the seat!  :)  WTG!

That's a huge milestone. I travel a lot and can already tell the difference in the seat but waiting for the TSA folks to wonder if it is really me on my license. It might be the only time I am glad to have to deal with the DMV :)

The airplane seat is the holy grail of NSV's! Congratulations!

I remember being thrilled when I weighed what my driver's license said I did (225, such a lie since I was 273). But now I'm 30 lbs under that! Pretty exciting, but even more exciting when other people notice

Thanks everyone!  Such an awesome feeling after all those years of absolute DREAD when it came to airplane seats and trying not to crowd the person next to me and then seatbelt extenders!  Feels good to "fit in" on a plane.
