hey all!

i am officially two months out and down 30lbs! I feel like it might be slower than most and I have had quite a few stalls. The inches have been dropping like crazy! I am constantly getting compliments and I love it. I do cardio 3-4 days a week now for an hour and it's crazy to think two months ago I would not have been able to do that. I appreciate all of your posts and responses to whatever topic I post. So proud of everyone!

30 pounds in 2 months is awesome!  Don't get discouraged if it slows down!  I'm glad things are going well and you're healing successfully.

Your doing great, I'm 6 weeks out and have lost 26 pounds. I too felt like I am a slow loser, but I'm losing and doing what I should. The best of luck on your journey!!!!!

I wouldn't worry about it too much.  I started out losing really fast the first month and now I have slowed down a lot.  But I really don't care because I'm losing, I feel great and, like you, everyone is noticing!  Just stay with it and enjoy your success!

Congratulations!  You are doing great . . . no matter the pace of the weight loss all that matters is that you have taken charge of your life and as long as you follow your doctor's plan, the only result will be a healthier and thinner you!  This has been such an incredible, wonderful journey for me and I wish the same for you.  Keep up the good work and always return to the posts for encouragement when things get tough!
