My eating is already off today since I agreed to a lunch date with my partner at noon.  Noon isn't when I eat lunch!  What was I thinking?  Argh.  Then I didn't want to have my shake when I finished up my morning exercises and my body is all confused now.  Oh well, I know for next time.

Went to Trader Joe's today, for the first time in about 10 years, at least.  I remember it as a small, cramped store -- now it is amazing.  About three times larger than before.  I picked up lots of goodies in the frozen food section - and spent a little time in the condiments section.  Tomorrow I'll break everything down into single servings.

I did pick up some Satay Peanut Sauce to use on chicken.  Anyone have recommendations for sauces/marinades for meats and fish?  

For the next week or so, I'm planning to pull myself up by the bootstraps and get my head on straight - going to have protein shakes for breakfast and lunch and dinner will be protein first, then some veggies.  In the meantime, I'm going to go through all the bookmarked recipe blogs/sites to pull out some dishes to put into rotation.  But for now, I'm keeping it simple.
