Happy Tuesday - this week is feeling weird to me. I keep thinking it's some other day - like Thursday, or Wednesday, or any day other than Tuesday.
1: frankenshake
2: sushi!
3: chicken lettuce wraps (probably sans lettuce for me), rice for the guys
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 47:52 5k training for a total of 2.25 miles, 65 minutes yoga (30 min intermediate stretches for runners, 15 min beginner flexibility, 15 min twist & align for back pain, 5 min guided relaxation with foam roller on spine), physical therapy for neck/shoulder

The husband cooked a bunch of seared ahi last night. Normally he coats it with white and black sesame seeds, but he wasn't paying attention and grabbed a jar of poppy seeds. It's actually not bad. He might have discovered something new.
