Whatcha eating today VSGers...Wednesday!!
Hi everyone! I don't think I have seen this post yet today and so I figured I would get it started. I hope everyone is having a great day.
B: Egg, chili and cheese scramble
S1: Protein shake
L: Chili
S2 P3 (maybe, i might skip)
D: Sloppy Joes - no bun
Water & vites: I am behind on water but on track for vitamins
Exercise: I had PT today and may skip doing an additional walk. We worked my knee pretty hard and it is letting me know it.
I ate dinner at a friends house last night and had bread and a cookie and white wine. Today the scale was up a few pounds, so I'm going to cut back to 3 meals a day for a few days until the scale comes down below 160 again.
Breakfast - crustless cauliflower and ham quiche - yum
lunch - enchilada casserole - yum
dinner - chicken with sun-dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts - yum
vitamins - on track
water - good
exercise - recumbent bike - I soon as I finish procrastinating here! hehehe
