I have the chocolate flavor.  If you mix it with milk it tastes like a milk shake.  I have not been able to tolerate any protein powders since my surgery 2 weeks ago but its me not the shakes.  I like that their shakes are "cleaner" than other types as far as ingredients.  Hope that helps!
