What Complications?
I have had no complications. I guess the most serious "common" complication is the possibility of a leak at the suture line, but that happens to under 2% of sleeve patients (rates vary by surgeon though -- you should ask yours about his/her leak rate if you haven't).
I had an incision that took forever to heal. And along the lines of what jkmcnult said, i should have had vsg when my kids were younger. Could have been far more active in their lives.

I understand you want to be prepared but you've asked this a few different ways now.. if you dig deep enough sure, you'll find complications, as you would with any surgery.
If you truly want to scare yourself .. Here is the Complications Forum but I don't recommend reading it. I'm in the mind over matter mindset .. the more you think something bad will happen, it can.
Good Luck
I had a terrible complication- I had to constantly buy new clothes. That meant shopping. A lot. Good thing I love to shop :)

Nothing abnormal at all but I didn't realize at the time they weren't. That's why this forum helps. Chest hurts when drinking-normal, pain in suture at 3 weeks-normal, diarrhea then constipation-normal, stalls in weight loss-normal. I was told unless I have fever, severe pain, severe vomiting or sutures coming open don't worry.
