Goals for 2015?

What are you looking to achieve in 2015?  

My goals are: 

  1. Read at least 52 books
  2. Watch at least 52 movies in the theater
  3. Run at least 520 miles
  4. Log at least 15 minutes of exercise EVERY SINGLE DAY
  5. Start studying Aikido in May
  6. Start working with a personal trainer in September
  7. Lose at least 26 pounds

My goal is to

 

Reach weight loss goal

Continue going to the gym at least 3 days a week.

Read my bible more.

Decrease facebook time.

My goal is to focus on my health.  I'll have sleeve surgery next week which will give me the tool I need to get my weight under control.  I'm looking forward to feeling and looking better! Happy 2015!!

 Weight: Highest 181 / Pre-op 177 / Surgery 167

 Weight: Current 145 / Goal 105

 Weight: Lost 36 pounds from highest weight (started weight loss surgery process)

 4 Feet 11 Inches / BMI 35 @ Surgery

That's a great goal :)  2014, my surgery year, gave me the goal of "be kind to myself."  Which is sort of vague, but it was pretty inspiring throughout the year!

maintain my wieght between 170 - 180 (max 185 - danger!)

run a sub 2 hour half

train and execute a competitive sprint tri

continue loving & practicing yoga

continue tracking everything

continue taking care of myself

Buy exercise bike

Buy Harley Davidson motorcycle

Take a real vacation instead of a staycation

Use passport/passport card

Walk more

Ride more

Lift weights more

Listen to my body when it doesn't want to walk more, ride more, or lift weights more

To not worry when my exercise routine flies out the window

Seek emotional well being

Oh my gosh! I want a Harley lol. My dad owned and let me ride with him all through my childhood.

I've wanted a Harley since like forever! I've gone to the motorcycle conventions almost every year. Gotten my license years ago, scoped out the dealership I want to buy my bike from. I just haven't taken the plunge & buy/ go into debt for one. I wish I had gotten the Rocker C model they had years ago. I might buy a used one if they still sell them.

Cool. One of the principals I work with has a Sportster for sale for $5K. I like the Softtail/Fatboy. Hope you get one, getting one is on my bucket list :)

My goals, in no particular order:

  • Join a gym and go 4-5 days a week
  • Visit my daughter and son
  • Make better food choices
  • Get to 1st and then 2nd weight goal
  • Handle stress better by relaxing better/more
  • Finish my bachelors degree
  • Grow my business
