Whatcha eating today VSGers...Thursday!!
Good morning everyone! It's a cold and wet day here and I took advantage of it and slept in a little. Not sure how restful the sleep is when I keep hitting the snooze button but I still enjoyed it.
B: Egg, Cheese and Sausage omelette and 4 blackberries. Getting in fruits/veggies in each meal is HARD.
L: TBD. Going to lunch with a friend
D: Roast Beef and Boars Head Smoked Gouda Cheese roll-up
S: Protein Shake

E: Probably not doing a walk today due to the weather but I have physical therapy this afternoon. I know that I will work hard there.

B: protein shake
L: 2 chicken wings (work is throwing a going away party for a Co worker, pizza and wings. What am I to do?)
D: boneless skinless chevettas chicken and small side of veggies
s: protein shake
W &V: on track
E: TBD. I'm too tired to think about it.
No exercise again today!! I'm being pulled in a million directions! I'm making sure to be strict with my eating since I haven't worked out this week.

I love these posts. They keep me accountable!
Char1Char, crack slaw is so, so good. I've been eating it all week! I saw someone mention it here a few months back. It's called "crack" because it's so addictive. :) I left out the green onions because I forgot to buy them. And I sprinkled in some PB2 because I would eat that stuff on cardboard. Splenda makes me, um... spend more time in the bathroom than I'd like, so I left out the sweetener.
