Happy Sunday everyone!  We're bracing for snow here, and, of course, it's my regular grocery shopping day.  This always seems to happen.  Luckily I got out early enough that the store wasn't very crowded or wiped out yet.  Now I'm sitting around waiting for GenCon housing to open so I can book a hotel and go running.  

On a super amusing note, I'm actually choosing my hotel for GenCon based on the fact that it has an AMAZING gym.  That's pretty astounding, eh?  

1: baked potato soup
2: frankenshake
3: slow cooker ginger orange chicken, rice for the guys

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 5k training, yoga stretching (today my plan is "1 mile fast")

I love the reason for you choosing your hotel is because of the gym! Pure awesomeness!!

Got sick last night - made steak and ate too fast.  The pain was unbelievable, and I was thrilled when I was able to throw it up - instant relief.  You'd think I'd know by now - chew, chew, chew, and then chew some more!  My granddaughter is here for the weekend and she keeps me busy.

not exactly.  its like a gratin turned more crunchy.  made w/ egg, greek yogurt, gruyere and milk.  i didn't end up making it today.  a friend dragged me out.  some other night this week.
