SICK!
I am 7 months post op today and have come down with something that is making me too nauseous to eat. I am a teacher so it could be anything from the flu to mono, all going around our school. I'm worried about not getting any protein in. I can drink water just fine, as long as it is Propel, but food is not going down at all. Even protein shakes make me hurl. How did some of you handle illness after surgery?

as long as you stay hydrated, don't worry about the protein, till you feel better. Hydration is the most important thing.
I second HollyKim - just work on hydration. You won't suffer for a lack of protein for a few days, but you do need hydration.
