Can't believe what you can do in a years time
On Mon. Feb. 2nd it will be a year since I decided to take control of my weight issues once again.I started a diet routine and in March decided to have the VSG surgery. Though testing took some time I was able to shed 80lbs. before my surgery date on July 30th 2014. Since then I have lost an additional 100 lbs. I am down 180lbs. since Feb. 2,2014. It has been a CRAZY and EXILERATING time for me. I have THE BEST support system from my family, friends and co-workers you could imagine. This has definitely been a blessing. For anyone wandering what life might be a year out, I can tell you a HELL of a lot better then last year!
I'm glad things are going so well for you!

Congratulations!!! What a difference a year makes. I went back and re-read the post I wrote on my birthday, 6 months after surgery I was comparing what my life like then to what it was like my birthday the previous year, 6 months prior to surgery - it was like night and day. Keep up the good work and enjoy your new life to the fullest!
