So, my one year surgiversary was on 1/27....go me!

I started at 255.8, HW of 272lbs. I am currently 162.8 lbs, trying to get to my goal of 155 lbs, which would put me at a normal BMI.

I feel great! Having some issues with back/abdominal pain, so I'm having another ultrasound done to make sure my gallbladder isn't the cause. Also just began having some nausea and dry heaves, which could be contributed to constipation or GB issues.

I had my one year labs drawn today...and they are friggin fabulous!

My fasting glucose is 80...which it always has been.

Cholesterol is 141, down from 216. HDL is 64, LDL is 59...compared to pre-op HDL of 42 and LDL of 63.

Triglycerides used to be abnormally high, sometimes 1800.....NOW 89!

Vitamin D, B12 levels are great...even my TSH has gone down!

I am feeling damn good. And we even briefly discussed pregnancy since I am interested in the future. Surgeon seemed to have no issues in that department :-)

Man, that was just the pick-me-up I needed. Here are some recent pics of where I am. I am a size 10, on the verge of breaking into a size 8. Size medium-large in tops.
