Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? -- Sunday
I hear there's a big sportsball even today! I'm planning my weekly grocery trip at 6pm - I hope the store will be completely empty :D But between now and then I'm going to have my DMT (dance movement therapy) evaluation. I'm a bit nervous about that, but I'm trying to keep distracted between now and then.
1: frankenshake
2: leftover filet mignon, asparagus, and a few bites of mashed potatoes
3: butter poached tilapia, rice for the guy (My fish-hating partner is out of town this week, so I'll be making fish every night he's gone!)
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 30 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for runners, 15 min twist & align for back pain)

Its a cold day in New England, with a snow storm on the way. there were a lot of people at the grocery today stocking up on food. I'm getting a bit tired of winter!

Dinner - chicken Florentine and sweet potato casserole

NSV yesterday... bought 2 pair of Levis jeans from a clearance rack... size 14 and 12. I tried on the 12s first and they fit nice, not even tight. I skipped size 14! They will go back and I'll look for a size 10!
