Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Thursday!!!!
Happy Thursday!
Today is therapy day for me and one of the things I've been wrestling with is feeling very disconnected from my body. My therapist suggested that I might consider DMT - dance/movement therapy to help reinforce the mind-body connection. It definitely seems worth a try so I've found a provider that's sort of close to me and we'll see what happens.

exercise: 38:15 5k training at 1% incline on treadmill for a total of 2.01 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)

I live in the middle of nowhere in Wyoming, so I'm going to try and start a support group of some kind. I think that might help me. Also, today is 6 months for me!!! I've lost 96 lbs in six months. I'm 5 lbs away from a NORMAL BMI!! I'm super excited, but getting nervous about maintenance.

S: iced coffee - yes, it's 4 degrees here, but it still tastes good. The worst part is getting out of the car to go into the Dunkins
