Happy Thursday!  

Today is therapy day for me and one of the things I've been wrestling with is feeling very disconnected from my body.  My therapist suggested that I might consider DMT - dance/movement therapy to help reinforce the mind-body connection.  It definitely seems worth a try so I've found a provider that's sort of close to me and we'll see what happens.  

1: frankenshake
2: leftover wawa tuna deli bowl
3: yogurt before choir, graze box during choir if necessary

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 38:15 5k training at 1% incline on treadmill for a total of 2.01 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)

I live in the middle of nowhere in Wyoming, so I'm going to try and start a support group of some kind.  I think that might help me.  Also, today is 6 months for me!!!  I've lost 96 lbs in six months.  I'm 5 lbs away from a NORMAL BMI!!  I'm super excited, but getting nervous about maintenance.

B:  steel cut oats, green pear

S:  iced coffee - yes, it's 4 degrees here, but it still tastes good.  The worst part is getting out of the car to go into the Dunkins

L:  salad with lite dressing, siggi's strawberry yogurt 

D:  Leftover roast turkey breast, veg

S:  no sugar added fudgesicle (or 2)

V:  Yes, W - yes  E - hoping to go to zumba tonight but am having strange toe pain today...weird.
