What does healthy mean to you?
I met with a new therapist this afternoon and she asked me an interesting question. She asked what being healthy means to me. What counts as "being healthy" in my mind?
And I thought this might make an interesting topic to throw out here.
For me, being healthy means being able to do the things that I want to do and not being prevented by my body or my mind.
How about you?

To me, it's being able to do all the activities that I want to do (and need to do) without having any limitations on my body or my mind. I think the mind part is harder to work on vs. the body. Good topic!
