Can you buy less at a time?  Can you freeze food you don't eat?  How about cooking single portions instead of multiple portions?  Can you stop buying unhealthy food for your family so that their only options are the healthy foods you provide?

I see.  I cook for my household so dinners are the meals I make.

Can you freeze the remainder of the chicken breast in single portions?  That way you'd be able to pull out a portion the next time you do want chicken?

They eat as you eat, or they don't eat at all...

be the "bad guy" Time to make the healthy changes for all..

in the end it's the greatest gift you can give them..

dont know how old your kids are..this will be an easier change if they are still failrly young.

STAY STRONG!

You, personally, can choose to just buy and cook foods that are healthy.  If he wants to eat unhealthy stuff, he can go to the store, buy it, and make it himself.

Agree. Initially i was sensitive about asking my family to purge the junk food and healthy up the meals. My husband especially as it was really bad diet wise and did not want to give up the fried fatty stuff. My daughters finally told me they WANTED to, but dad wasn't going for it. We got dad on track after he realized I might eat something that could really hurt me right after surgery. We all benefited and healthy can taste great too!
