Tummy tuck on Monday

Hi All,

I'm all set for my abdominoplasty on Monday - I'm ready!  I failed my EKG so I had to see a cardiologist.  It turns out I have a right bundle block.  I guess if you are going to have a block in your heart, the right bundle is the best place because it is totally benign.  So I am set to go.

This feels different than the VSG because this is elective, where the VSG was critical to my health.  My recovery from the VSG was fast and easy.  I'm expecting this one will be harder. The surgery is longer and there is more cutting, and drains.   But I can't wait to see the results.

So hold me in your prayers.  I'll see you all on the other side!

Carol

It varies regionally, and Massachusetts is higher than many areas, but mine will be about $8,200. That's with a fleur-de-lise cut and no muscle tightening.  One of the plastic surgery sites said the national average cost is $7,500.

I've heard prices as low as $5,000 in Ohio, to $15,000 at Lahey here in Mass.

best wishes,

Carol
