Has anyone had any problems taking antihistamines after surgery? Just scared it may make me really drowsy.

No problems at all - if you're worried, take it at night, or on a day when you don't have to drive so you can see how it affects you.

I take Benedryl nightly. Have gone from 50mg to 25mg post-surgery and it does the trick (helps with sleeping and with allergies).

No issues for me. I haven't noticed any difference in the effects of them pre-op vs post-op.

I take a slow release of adderol without an issue-
