TGIF. It always amazes me how much I look forward to a Friday on a short week. The trails that I normally walk are flooded out today which means I need to figure out what to do about my walk tomorrow. It is supposed to be a long one; I think that I will check the weather forecast and see just how much rain they are calling for today, tomorrow and Sunday. Maybe if I switch my walk to Sunday I can still get it done on the trails. I really don't like to walk on city streets but that may be what ends up happening. Ugh.

B: Carb master chocolate milk/protein shake (pre & Post workout)

B2: 3 tbsp egg beaters, 1 tbsp protein powder and 1 tbsp queso

L: Grilled chicken that I didn't eat yesterday

D: Possibly more grilled chicken or maybe another black bean burger.

S: TBD

W&V: Behind

E: Boot camp this morning and 1 mile walk

Anyone have any good plans for the weekend?

I need to get back on track with posting this to keep me honest!  I've been stress-snacking at work and falling into some bad habits.

B: Click mocha shake with 2% milk

S: two bags of 100-calorie Skinny Pop... Yes. TWO, damnit.  I'm not proud.

L: Chicken thigh and kale

D: Chicken thigh or scrambled egg

W: 28 oz down... more to go

V: working on it!

E: A walking day - will get in at least 70 minutes by day's end

Weekend plans?  Long run tomorrow morning (and maybe a shorter one Sunday morning?), Outlander tomorrow night!! :)

TGIF!  I work at a district that has a four day school week, so we don't usually have school on Friday, but we do today since we had Monday off.  It REALLY throws off my student who has a really tough time whenever his schedule is altered.  So, here's hoping today doesn't result in me getting stabbed with a pencil or something because that makes me stress eat.

B: scrambled egg with queso and taco meat

L: Not sure.  Hopefully having lunch with a friend, but that is to be determined.

D: I took out steak to grill!  Hopefully it isn't pouring out.

W: behind

V: on track

E: I don't have a plan.

Weekend plans?  I'm heading up the potluck for the Cub Scout graduation ceremony tomorrow so I need to make a dessert and some homemade salsa.  Then we have Girl Scout cookies to deliver.  And, I'm hoping it quits raining long enough that I can get my garden planted.

I'm finally back at work full-time post-op.  This has been a long week of working and a lot of late nights doing stuff, so I'm weary today.

S:  Syntrax Chocolate Truffle with water

L:  Mini chicken meatloaf & broccoli

S:  Source Greek 0% yogurt

D:  probably more hot taco salad, or maybe some smoked salmon

W:  on track, but that could go off the rails fast

V:  so far, so good. I've added 2000mg biotin as of today.

E:  I'll run errands at lunch and I have improv class tonight, that's enough running around

This is my first time posting. I am normally a creature of habit and eat the same things daily.  However, over the last week I have gotten lax and let more carbs creep in. I will start posting to make myself more accountable.
