Ditto on the Miralax - every other day helps me out. Also, I've used Smooth Move tea. It can be rough on the lower intestines (cramping), but will help if the constipation is bad. I use it for immediate relief - I drink before bed and have a BM the next morning.

Restoralax taken daily. Mix one scoop in 8 oz water then drink another glass of water to follow. It is safe to take every day, does not harm the intestines/bowels. Must get your  water in daily - 64 oz to help combat this.

I started out doing a dose of Miralax every morning I didn't poop.  Then, after a BAD constipation experience, I switched to a dose every day.  Now I do a half dose every day and I pretty much poop every morning with no problem.  (Miralax is non-habit forming, so it's safe to use daily.)

Half a dose of Restoralax (Miralax in the US) in the morning and two fibre gummies with lunch.  I had one terrible constipation episode about three weeks out and swore it would never happen again.
