Had surgery July 2, 2015. Was given phone numbers, emails, etc. to contact when I had a question. All mailboxes are full and no one has replied to my email. Anyone else have this problem?

I had surgery with Dr. Garcia and tried contacting Dr. Valazquez afterwards and same. I ended up calling her as my question was urgent at the time.
