I'm thrilled with my progress so far! I lost 26 of the 80 lbs. pre-op but have lost > 10 lbs. per month since surgery. I expect it to slow down soon as I have < 30 lbs. left to lose. I average 750-850 calories a day now with over 80 grams of protein per day and 70-80 grams of carbs (mostly from fruit and veggies and a rare grain based product). I went from a size 18W (tight) to a 10-12 these days - I plan to get down to a 4-6 at 130-135 lbs. I work in health care and needed to buy new scrubs - I got a M top and S pants last week - could hardly believe it! I am exercising 60+ minutes most days of the week and loving my new energy levels! For those of you wondering if the surgery works...it does if you follow the guidelines!

You look marvelous Paula I sent you a friend request.  When you had your surgery I weighed 279 back in April.
