VSG on 02/23/15

Good evening my fellow VSG'ERS. Any suggestions on over the counter meds, sore throa****ery eyes, slight post nasal drip. I am hoping to ward off a full blown cold or allergies. Temperature in Houston are all over the place. 60's in the morning and 90's in the afternoon.

You can take today whatever you took before VSG (except they are trending to advise against NSAIDS anymore). Grass and ragweed pollen are high right now, so if it's allergies, go for the good outdoor allergy choices. I do best with a half-dose of Benedryl, myself.

If it's allergies, I swear by Flonase. You can get it over the counter now. It's AMAZING.
