Yay!  So glad that someone else got this started :D

I actually slept well last night for the first time in weeks.  I'd forgotten what that feels like.  This is a very big week for me.  I start school as a full time college student on Wednesday.  Eek!  (Although my physical classes don't start until Thursday.)  I'm super excited and super nervous!  The main thing I'm worried about is time management.  Will I be able to do all the things I do?

But, first, today.  I've got lots of errands, laundry, physical therapy, and my voice lesson.  I had initially planned on getting coq au vin started today for dinner tomorrow, but I'm going to put that off a day since today is hectic!

1: frankenshake
2: protein shake
3: creamy lamb and eggplant casserole, rice for the guys

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: physical therapy, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)

It was DELICIOUS.  I added about 1/4 cup of heavy cream at the end, since I had it, and it was amazing.  I also used 2 pounds of lamb, which is a bit more than the recipe called for.
