Hi All,

I hope you had a great Fall weekend.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - chicken florentine

Dinner - left over ginger beef and veggies

vitamins - like clockwork!

water - good

exercise - still in a lull.

Next?

B- Pure Premium chocolate chip protein bar -- I ran out of Quest bars even though I have been dying to try the new pumpkin pie flavor. I will stop on my way home tonight to stock up.

L- Tuna creations packet (Ranch flavor is my favorite, it does not taste like ranch dressing) inside hollowed sweet red pepper halves.

S- Dannon Light & Fit toasted coconut vanilla Greek yogurt

D- parmesan crusted thin cut chicken breast with green beans

S- Pistachio nuts (my grandson calls them pistachio beans)

W - Behind, which is unusual for me. I did not grab a bottle of Propel for my drive in, so now I'm 24 oz. behind.

E- Walking towards my 10,000 steps and taking a lot of stairs

B: steel cut oats cooked in almond milk

S: cup of popcorn (lite)

L: pumpkin chobani, banana

D: homemade sloppy joe mix, roasted peppers

S: probably

E: walked about 8K steps so far today

V: only B12 - need to restock on multivitamin

L: good!

I'm back at counting everything. so here we go....

B- cottage cheese and fruit

S- 6 carrots and broccoli and 2 T cottage cheese

L-Turkey chef salad, oil & V. dressing

S-yogurt

D - stea**** with veggies

v- yep

w-working on that

ex-going to pool and 20 mins. on bike.

told my Mom to get rid of the cake. no more for me. Glad to see you are still posting cappy

Breakfast- shame on me..got up late and headed straight to the gym after coffee

Lunch- 1/2 cup shrimp pancit

Dinner- roast beef and broccoli

Back on track this week after a tough weekend#

B:coffee with premier protein vanilla (new fave)

S: pumpkin tortilla chips and a cheese stick

L: chicken artichoke sausage

D: turkey pepperoni, cheese stick, red pepper hummus

S: 2 tap peanut butter

W: done

V: done
