Hi there,

I have the first pdf ready for pressure cooker recipes if anyone out there is interested. I have tried most, but not all. Many  have the nutrition info, but be warned it is using MFP stats so it may or may not be accurate. If you are interested, PM me and I will send you the pdf. It is not edited yet so expect typos, as I am the typo queen! It is written for an electric cooker, and I currently use the Instant Pot. Stove top cookers may need 7-10% or so less time in some cases.  These are all family friendly, but not necessarily weight loss friendly. Many though are or could be with a few simple substitutions.
