What apps helped you keep track of when you needed to eat? I'm having trouble remembering to drink plenty of water. Help please.

My Fitness Pal is great for tracking what you eat.

Bariatric timer is an app that you set and it tells you when you can drink liquids.  Pretty much can be set for whatever you need.   It helps me especially when I am at work as I am not so mindful of when I can drink again after I ate

I use my fitness pal for food and I have an over sized latte mug that I drink two hot and two cold drinks a day (equals 64 ounces) it's the easiest way for me to remember to get enough fluids.

I keep a water bottle with me at all times and sip constantly until the alarm on my phone tells me to stop prior to eating.  I also track with myFitnessPal.
