Im not feeling well so I didn't eat breakfast. I did drink coffee though. The warm liquid soothed my throat.

Lunch- small chili with cheese from Wendy's and 4 saltine crackers

Snack- cheese stick

Dinner- 1.5 oz chicken breast cooked with spinach and tomato

Dessert- a mini snickers bite. They call it "fun size".. Fun size to me is king size lol.. I'm glad that I can't tolerate sweet candies any more. I will get physically sick and vomit if I eat too much sweet. This helps me keep it in moderation.

Snack- cheese stick

Water- good

vitamins- good
