My 1st goal reached!!!

I am 2 months and 4 days post op and I am happy to say that I finally have gone from the "morbidly obese" range to just the "obese" range. I still have a long way to go but I am so happy to have come this far! In February I was up to 261 and now I am down to 215!

Also I keep stalling despite eating right and exercising. If anybody can give me any tips to prevent this I could really use it.

I am wearing clothes that I haven't worn in over a year and it feels so wonderful! I hope everybody else is doing well with their work as well.

AWESOME PROGRESS!

unfortunatly there is no way to prevent stalls,  it happens to most of us...

once I got over freaking out about my stalls (which took me a while!)

I started to analyze them, and found that I stalled for 2 weeks, lost for two weeks..

make handling them much, much easier!!

just keep doing what you're doing!

congrats! Stalls, schmalls... keep the path and don't "mix it up". You'll get there.

Congrats!!  You're doing great!   Yes, stalls happen and it's hard, but be patient.   Your body is adjusting to the weightloss.   Keep doing what you're doing and you will get there!!

I have stalled. Though they have not lasted weeks at a time but rather a week at most I am stalling a lot. Then later I get back to losing again.

A few days or even one week is not a stall, it's a rounding error.

If you don't start thinking about your progress differently, you'll drive yourself insane.
