For those of you on the fence, this is a great price and ideal for WLS.

You can make the easiest hard boiled eggs! and bone broth! and giant batches of protein (I made a pork butt in mine last night. No need for excuses when there's plenty of protein in the fridge!).

OMG, I SOOOOO don't need more stuff in my kitchen, but I fell for the good deal and bought one.  Everyone here seems thrilled with it, so hopefully I can figure out how to use it. :)

It is such a perfect compliment to the vsg diet- you will love it! If you are a total newbie to pressure cooking I woould encourage you to join this Facebook group. You can get questions answered immediately and will learn a ton. Everyone is great about helping newbies through the learning curve.
