This is my last day to be able to start this for a few days - so I hope someone else takes over through Sunday!  I'm heading up to PA today for my dad's memorial service which is on Saturday.  I'm feeling really grateful that my Binge Eating Disorder is under control, otherwise I'm sure I'd be eating ALL THE THINGS all weekend.  :/  

1: protein shake
2: chicken caesar wrap from Wawa en route to PA
3: no idea!  

liquids and vites: on track
exercise: nothing formal but there might be a walk with mom! (My hips and core are killing me from Pilates yesterday, I'm so glad I went!)

Sympathies regarding your Dad Gwen!

I am doing the AMAW challenge and it could not have come at a better time, I had a significant gain the last couple of weeks due to poor choices and introducing the carb Monster back into my life. I am happy to say I have lost 5.4 pounds on the meat only diet. A true testament to my poor habits.

b - Tuna and Balsamic

S - Buddig 90 calorie Ham

L - Premio Italian Sausage and A1 sauce

S - Buddig 90 calorie turkey

D - Grilled Sirloin tips

Calories - 850 - Carbs - 17 , protein - 85

Exercise - Hockey night tonight!

Water and Vits are on track.

D - Not sure yet but I am leaning toward Hamburger Cream of Mushroom something or other

V - Sitting in front of me waiting for breakfast to digest

W - Got a big class of it in front of me now

E - 4 mile walk this morning, chest and shoulders this afternoon

So sorry for your loss! I hope you have a safe trip.

My meals aren't exciting, what with being on the stage 2 part of the plan, but ...

B- cottage cheese

S 1- 4 oz protein shake

L- refried beans w/cheese

S 2- 4 oz protein shake

D- trying chili today   

S 3- 2 oz greek yogurt tube frozen

Liquids- struggling everyday to meet that goal

Vitamins- rockin' the patch (and thankful for it!)

Exercise- walking until I'm told I can do more!

HW: 312 SW: 294 CW: 225

I ate egg salad for breakfast and not feeling to great at the moment so I probably just drink protein shakes for the rest of my meals.

Hi Gwen,

I'm so sorry for your loss.  I am also so pleased that you have found a way to manage the binge eating disorder.  This weight loss stuff sure is challenging!

I'm slowly seeing a decrease in weight as I get back on track.  I added a 4th meal again because I think I do better overall with 4 meals rather than trying to limit it to three and then snacking. I'm really tired of being hungry all the time, so this should help. We'll see how it goes.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - chicken, artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes

Second lunch - Dijon Lime chicken (yum!)
