Happy weekend. 

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - chicken with sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes

Lunch2 - crack slaw

dinner - pizza casserole

water - good

vitamins - on track

exercise - not motivated... sigh

 

How about you?  What are you eating today?

E - 4 mile Walk

B2 - Steak and Scrambled Eggs with Mexican Cheese

L - BLT Lettuce Wrap with out the T (gave them to my daughter last night)

D - Ground Beef Stroganoff with Zoodles

S - Protein Shake, some sugar free whipped cream if I get a sweet craving

V - In front of me now

W - Already started and well on track

B - 1 over hard egg with 1 oz cheddar and 1 oz turkey sausage

S - Protein bar

L - 2 oz pulled pork, 3 baby carrots with ranch and 4 pieces of melons

S - 0.65 oz Jif low sodium natural peanut butter with 10 Chickpea Good Thins

D - 3 oz Taco Beef with 1 tbsp sour cream, salsa and cheddar on 2 large Romaine Lettuce leaves

W - on track

V - done

E - walked 5 miles
