Finding a nutritionist!
I have had a week of trying to find a nutritionist in my area. I asked my doctor to recommend someone, after three days of not hearing from her office I decided to try to find one myself. Finally Yesterday I received a message from my doctor with a recommendation. I call the nutritionist office. talked to the receptionist made several appointments. So ten minutes later the nutritionist calls me herself and explains that the receptionist had no idea what the procedure was for bariatric patients. So then we spent an hour playing phone tag... making and changing appointment dates and learning about the procedure that bariatric patients must follow. Needless to say I now have three appointment dates scheduled over the next three months. I still have three more to schedule but that will come later. 
Now I can start my food journal and join the YMCA to exercise!
