Today is the best day - massage day!  I've also got a bunch of errands and my afternoon/evening class.  Should be a busy and good day.  

1: protein shake
2: no idea yet - I had half a chicken caesar wrap from wawa.  
3: beef stew - I had a protein bar after class

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 5k training, yoga stretching

I'm up early to drink my fluids so I can donate plasma later.

B egg whites ham and cheese omelet and sharp cheddar cheese bites 

L cottage cheese,  baby carrots and yellow pepper 

D steak and cream corn 

S Greek yogurt,  apple and turkey sausage snack sticks 

E probably walk away pounds dvd later since it cold out.

Yay plasma donation!  I tried to do it once but almost passed out, sigh.  And I can't donate blood since I lived in mad cow land.  It sucks :(

B:  1/2 everything bagel, cored, toasted w a little scallion cream cheese, strawberries

S:  other half of the bagel   : /

L:  english muffin with thin baby swiss, turkey breast and roasted red peppers

S:  orange

D:  leftover spiral ham, veg (not sure what yet)

S:  no sugar added fudgesicle

E:  will walk 10K steps - (hit 12.5K steps yesterday)

I loved puree stage!  Especially after FOUR WEEKS of liquids.  It was the best thing ever.

It's really not bad at all. Just gotta be creative. And since I don't really have the "want"  to eat,  I have to plan things so I look forward to eating it!

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - chicken fried "rice" made with cauliflower

dinner - chicken cachatori (sp??)

snack - I have a dinner time board meeting with food - so if I'm strong I'll limit it to cheese and veggies.  But I may give in to a cookie if they are home-made, as they often are...

I thought you said you were allergic to whey?  I'm pretty sure that's the protein in the Premiere shakes :/
