Posting from my phone so hopefully it'll work okay. I'm at a conference today at NIH which is super exciting even if it took me too much stress to figure out what the heck to wear!  It's my first professional conference!

1: protein bar (didn't want to risk a shake before traveling since it tends to get my bowels moving RIGHT NOW)

2: protein bar, tuna pouch, something else (the conference provides lunch, but I have no idea if it'll be okay for me and I have no idea if it'll be appropriate to eat tuna since lunch is a networking thing. We'll see.)

3: chipotle chicken bowl

liquid and vites: on track

exercise: nope!

lunch: chicken breast & asparagus salad

dinner: Fisherman's Egg & roasted cauliflower

snacks: apple, protein shake, Greek yogurt

exercise: 30 minutes boxing & weights workout

Hi All,

I had a piece of cheese cake yesterday.  So Its back on track today.

Breakfast - salmon

lunch - chicken in thai peanut sauce

dinner - pulled pork and veggie

snack - chicken with Dijon and Lime

 

 

    

Surgery May 1, 2013. Starting Weight 385,  Surgery Weight 333,  Current Weight 160.  At GOAL!

Realized I forgot my phone when I got to the gym. Speed workout this morning as my dad was at home and a sickly child at school ... Who couldn't reach me if needed, Can't believe I forgot my phone! But burned 200 cals in 30 minutes doing weights. No cardio though :(

E hopefully a walk since its supposed to be nice out.

Are the garlic herb snack bites those things from sergeant??? If so, aren't those YUM!!!! I tried them and loved them!

Morning:  Premier protein drink and latte

Afternoon:  Lemon pepper chicken wings (3)

Evening:  Roasted chicken and Greek yogurt.

Remembered the vitamins this morning, and got some exercise in.  I'll probably walk the dogs tonight.

That is 775 calories, 66 protein, and 14 carbs. Leaving off the coffee and protein today. I hope that I feel less hungry!!!
