Weighing in everyday seems to help me maintain my weight. Just curious, Do most of you who have reached your goal weigh in everyday?

I weigh every day now, so I can't see that changing when I reach my goal.  I like data :D

yep, I weigh every day just to see where I am. My doctor recommends it. He says its better to do weekly during weight loss phase as those little ups and downs are too annoying. But for maintainers it keeps you in the game.   Diane S

I'm in weightloss phase so I weigh about once a week but I will weigh daily once I'm in maintenance.

I am at goal and I weigh in every morning.  It helps me keep an eye on the trends so I can respond quickly if I start to gain.

NOT weighing every day is a big factor in what got me where I was before WLS. Ergo, I weigh daily now.

I've been fat, and I've been thin - and thin is better.

I started weighing daily after I reached goal based on the recommendation of many vets.  I'd never done that previously in my life and I'm finding it really helpful to keep me on-track and also enlightening to see the daily variations.

Every damn day.

In the past, when I stopped weighing, I'd start gaining. Never again.
