SIX INGREDIENTS OR LESS LOW CARB- COOKING

I just wanted to blast my cookbook on here. I bought it about two weeks ago and I absolutely love it. CHeck it out there are recipes for everything even bread. The one's I've tried so far are excellent. I'm always trying new stuff and after getting this 270 page cookbook I'm stoked. It was only around $6 on amazon. If you see it check it out it's worth the buy. Just wanted to share

What sorts of ingredients does the book call for?  My problem with many "few ingredient cookbooks" is that they use a lot of "products" to keep the ingredient count low.  Does this book do that?
