I'm heading home at some point today, after a lovely weekend with my mom.  No idea what dinner will be since I'm not sure when I'll be home and I know that I won't be cooking.  Maybe Chipotle since it's been awhile and we've got a BOGO?

The countdown to my plastics consult has also begun - a month to go.

1: protein shake
2: not entirely sure since it's brunch at my school - new experience
3: maybe a Chipotle bowl, yum

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: yoga!  15 days into the year and I haven't missed a day of at least 15 minutes of logged exercise yet.  Woo!

How about you?  What's Sunday have in store for you?

Hi All,

Well, I hit the carbs pretty hard last night at that party, and I felt so bad about myself after.  But all I can do is get back on the plan today.

I'm having a quiet Sunday, doing projects, cooking,  studying and otherwise enjoying the simple things in life.

breakfast - salmon

lunch - Dijon lime chicken - still a little left over from last week

dinner - enchilada casserole - yum

snack - almonds, if needed

best wishes all,

Carol

Up bright and early. We are going to try making it to a movie again.  Hopefully not as crowded and we can find parking.  Well, we went to the movie at 11:05 and it was closed. LOL  Now waiting for the 1: 20 movie.  Maybe it wasn't meant to be. LOL Warm and gloomy.  Plan to ride bike.

I need to get back on track after yesterday. I had a lot of projects so I didn't do breakfast until late and I skipped lunch entirely. We had friends over and I had a shrimp burrito with a real flour tortilla and after card games I had a small piece of apple pie and french vanilla ice cream. That was my first pie and ice cream since surgery.

Breakfast was 4 oz of pastrami and an ounce of gouda cheese.

Midmorning snack (a little late) was the remnants of my last batch of beef jerky.  Lunch is probably going to be a can or two of cat food (aka tuna)  Below is my next batch of jerky in the works, so I'm not really eating it today.  But I was working on it while (carefully) gnawing on the last batch.

Afternoon snack will probably be mixed nuts.

I have no idea what dinner will be.

That jerky is gonna be great, LittleBill

What cuts do you use and what's your main seasoning ?

Gonna make some chicken cheesesteak sandwiches for the tribe later on and leave off the bread for myself and have some with a kale salad.

I use Alton Brown's recipe when I make jerky, although I switched to eye round instead of the flank he recommends.  It's delicious.  I think I need to restock actually.. I only have about one serving left!
