I'm up stupid early today because I've got physical therapy at 7am. Blah! Then I'll drive to school, shower there, do any last minute studying for my anatomy exam I can fit in, and go to class. Thankfully I've got nothing scheduled in the evening aside from the usual cooking of dinner, etc. So I'll be able to start working on next week's exams and essays. Busy two weeks prior to spring break.

Food was weird for me yesterday - I wanted to eat everything in sight. Not as bad as it was at the peak of my BED pre-diagnosis, but still concerning. Hopefully today I'll be able to be more mindful.

1: protein shake
2: eggroll in a bowl
3: bottom round roast beef, brussels sprouts with bacon (posting this reminds me that I need to pull the roast out to thaw)

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: physical therapy

How about you?

I am usually up at 5 but slept til 6:30 today since I am working at home and have no commute- I feel wild, haha. It's my father's 92 birthday today - kids are all coming so I'm going to make a special dinner for him.

B: daughter brought real bagels home from NJ this weekend, so 1/2 bagel, cored, toasted with baby swiss

l: probably a yogurt

D: going to the dr with my father (yes, on his bday)- which is near the place that makes fresh ravioli - so ravs and I'll hit the local veal distributor and make veal cutlets -

S: maybe some cake - you only turn 92 once, lol

E: walk - steps are low on work from home days

L/V should be fine

We have a gym in our complex, its only a $50 deposit, and when we leave to move, we get $15 back. So, I already have the papers filled out. I pray I will be able to get up early enough to get there before the work day. I know my FIANCE (so weird and exciting to say!) will be encouraging with this.

B hard boiled egg, oatmeal

S if need; nuts and berries or veggies & hummus

L cold cuts, cole slaw

S same

D left overs! We have so much food left over from dinners we made. Its an adjustment for us both, me having a small stomach and just us 2 having dinners. Mixture of kilbasea & veggies, chicken fajitas (no tortilla for me), and lemon garlic parmesan chicken w/ veggies.

Liquids on track

Exercise, still moving stuff!

Does this mean you get to stop working quite so much??

Sadly, no! But I finally have a normal schedule. I work 8-3. at day job and 3-6 at night job. (its like a 5 minute drive thank god!). The 2nd job boss just gave me my 2nd raise and I make more than I do at my day job. So, its important. But, getting home at 630 isn't as awful as getting home after 830. I budget everything. Now that we have rent, utilities, and a wedding to plan (mostly rent and utilities are #1) I need it. I can always cut back if its too overwhelming. But, I prefer not to.
