It's half marathon day for me. And my 40th birthday but that's not a big deal in comparison. It's really freaking cold

1: protein bar, banana, clif bloks

2: no idea, more bananas

3: bonchon chicken!

liquid and vites: not on track for bites, will be good for liquid

exercise: running a half marathon race and hopefully finishing and not dying

Had to move up my trip to Savannah, GA from Wednesday to Monday because of the Nor' Easter headed to NYC and central NY (where I needed to fly out of and layover in). I guess I'll get a couple more days of no snow!

HAPPY 40TH GWEN! (it is big, but really, it's like being 30 again, trust me!!!) You don't need luck in this race. YOU'VE GOT THIS!!!

Used my IP last night to make dog food!! It was done in one hour instead of 24 hours in the crock pot! I'm gonna have to put some thought into making something for myself. I might make white chicken chili. It's fat heavy with cream cheese and sharp cheddar (white beans, onion, yellow bells, corn & I add cilantro and green chiles), but I think I can lighten it up.

Yesterday was a munchy day, as Fridays often are due to a heavy workout day. Yesterdays #'s: Calories-1162, Fat-56.7g, Fiber-1.7g, Carbs-38.7g, Sodium-1348.3mg, Protein-115.2g, Water-55.2 fl oz. Daily Calorie Composition: 14% from carbs, 45% from fat and 41% from protein.

I have had a lot of success subbing cream cheese for greek yogurt cream cheese. Cracker Barrel also makes a reduced fat cheddar that melts quite nicely- you don't miss the fat in it at all.
